Think you’ve got the grip of a champion? 💪🍺
Step up to the US Steinholding Competition and put your strength—and stamina—to the test. Hold a full beer stein straight out in front of you for as long as you can. No bending. No cheating. Last one standing wins bragging rights, prizes, and serious respect.

Whether you’re competing or cheering from the sidelines, it’s pure adrenaline, big laughs, and classic beer-hall fun. Grab a stein, take your shot, and see how long you can hold on.
